• NEW! Customizable Runbooks: IT Glue’s Runbooks make it easy to share documentation while offering new customization options, giving you complete control over what information is included. You can now select specific asset types to include or exclude, ensuring your Runbooks showcase exactly what you want to share.
• COMING SOON! IT Glue Mobile App 2.0: IT Glue makes mission-critical data accessible, even on the go. If you lose internet on your laptop, you can quickly access what you need from the mobile app. Based on your feedback, we’re rolling out updates with design improvements, easier navigation and in-app document access.

• NEW! IT Glue and Datto Endpoint Backup Integration: Gain enhanced visibility into device backup status, last backup, subscription details and protected volumes. This integration streamlines audits and accelerates ticket resolution by centralizing backup documentation with the rest of your data.
• NEW! IT Glue and Datto SaaS Protection User Insights: Last year, we launched a Datto SaaS Protection integration for M365 and Google Workspace to bring in user backup information at the organization level. We’ve now enhanced this integration by adding detailed user backup information, such as last backup time, mail backup size and contact backup size to help you protect user data and improve backup visibility.
• NEW! myITprocess Device Expiration Auto-Documentation: Device Expiration Auto-Documentation, integrated with myITprocess, centralizes warranty and end-of-life (EOL) tracking for all your devices in one platform. By automating expiration data sync, this feature eliminates manual tracking, reduces errors and ensures critical deadlines are never missed.
• LIVE! Cooper Copilot Smart Relate: With Smart Relate, Cooper Copilot for IT Glue automatically detects and suggests relationships between core assets. You can approve or decline these suggestions, and as you use IT Glue, Cooper Copilot will learn and improve, becoming smarter with each interaction.
• LIVE!Cooper Copilot Smart Create: Smart Create is another powerful feature of Cooper Copilot, which intelligently organizes and summarizes IT information. It provides a clear and concise overview of the IT environment through flexible asset templates automatically created by AI. This proactive approach allows technicians to identify potential issues before they escalate.
  • LIVE! Datto Networking Wireless Network and Datto BCDR Backup Health: Smart Create now supports Datto Networking and Datto BCDR integrations. For wireless networks, IT Glue automatically generates a Flexible Asset showing the network environment, eliminating manual documentation. For backup health, a new Flexible Asset streamlines audits by providing insights into failed backups, disk protection status, disk space usage, appliance warranties and overall system health.
  • NEW! Datto RMM Software Asset Tracker: Through Smart Create, IT Glue will soon automate the creation and updates to the Licenses Flexible Asset for Datto RMM devices, showing which applications are installed on each device. This ensures you always have up-to-date data and can quickly audit all clients to ensure devices are running only approved applications.
• NEW! Cooper Copilot Smart Assist: Smart Assist streamlines cleanup by identifying stale documents and enabling easy updates with global views and bulk actions. By late 2025, it will also extend this capability to outdated passwords and configurations. Smart Assist also intelligently highlights your team’s most used and valuable documentation.
  • COMING SOON! Smart Assist for Passwords: In Q3 2025, Smart Assist will introduce a powerful password audit tool that will identify weak, stale, duplicate or compromised passwords, including those found in dark web leaks, to make password management effortless and secure.

• LIVE!IT Glue Password Insertion With Datto RMM and VSA: With Datto RMM and VSA, your team can now search and inject IT Glue passwords directly into remote control sessions, on top of instantly accessing IT Glue documentation, in the same pane. This streamlined access to data saves valuable minutes during each session, allowing your team to focus on successful ticket resolution.
  • COMING SOON! Protected Password Insertion: Protected Password Insertion for Datto RMM and VSA will let you mark passwords in IT Glue as non-viewable, ensuring they can only be securely inserted into your RMM. This will keep your credentials safe and your mind at ease.
• LIVE! IT Glue Auto-Suggested Documentation in Autotask and BMS: With Auto-Suggested IT Glue Documentation in Autotask and BMS, you can view IT Glue Passwords, Flexible Assets, Documents, and Checklists automatically suggested inside an Autotask or BMS ticket. This allows technicians to resolve issues more efficiently by having the information they need right at their fingertips.
• COMING SOON! Document Sync From Autotask and BMS to IT Glue: Launching in Q2 of 2025, this feature will let you sync all your PSA documents to IT Glue with a single click, saving time and eliminating manual effort.

Automation

• NEW! BitLocker Key Auto-Documentation: This feature automatically syncs BitLocker keys from Intune devices, ensuring your sensitive data remains secure and easily accessible with IT Glue. With this automation, IT Glue administrators can effortlessly manage BitLocker keys, enhancing control over device security and minimizing the risk of unauthorized access.
• LIVE! Automated Password Rotation: With Network Glue, your team can easily rotate Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 passwords directly from IT Glue, ensuring they are never outdated. You can do this manually on-demand, such as during user offboarding, or set up scheduled rotations to maintain higher compliance standards.
• COMING SOON! Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 Group Sync: Launching in Q1 2025, this feature will automatically document Entra ID security groups and Microsoft 365 groups in IT Glue. These groups will be linked to their respective users, offering enhanced contextual information about your end users for better organization and management.

Client collaboration

Elevate your customer relationships with MyGlue for day-to-day collaboration and myITprocess for assessing clients’ technology risks and conducting QBR meetings for guaranteed project approvals.

• LIVE! QBR Report Builder: Creating and organizing data for QBRs can be time-consuming. Our QBR Report Builder simplifies the process by consolidating data into customizable, client-ready reports, saving you time and effort.

QBR Report Builder: Custom Business Notes, Report Templates, Adding External Files: Launching in 2025, this update will include Custom Business Notes for personalized insights, Report Templates to save time and ensure consistency, and External File Integration to easily add Excel files, PDFs or images — streamlining client reporting and delivering a more professional, tailored experience.
• LIVE! Device Lifecycle Management: The Device Lifecycle Management feature in myITprocess streamlines tracking and managing device warranties with automated updates.
