IT Glue Announces Groundbreaking Integration with Kaseya VSA

Last week IT Glue™ announced its integration with Kaseya VSA IT System Management and Remote Monitoring tool. As the leading IT documentation platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT Service Providers (ITSPs) worldwide, IT Glue continues its rapid expansion in the MSP market with this exciting new integration.
Kaseya VSA customers will now have the ability to use the near real-time updates available in VSA as an accurate and reliable source for their supported endpoints. The integration between IT Glue and Kaseya VSA will present important asset information including CPU, memory and disk directly within IT Glue. Kaseya VSA customers will no longer require a Professional Service Automation (PSA) tool to take full advantage of IT Glue’s documentation platform.

The integration will provide Kaseya VSA customers with a number of benefits;
- rich configuration data including; cpu, memory, disk usage, last reboot etc
- near real-time information that’s always accurate
- eliminates the need to enter configuration data manually, simply bulk create
- minimize downtime by reducing the time it takes to troubleshoot problems
- enhanced team performance by having even more data in one place
