Game Changer Alert! IT Glue Releases RMM Tools Integrations

We are pleased to announce the release of one of the most anticipated features in the history of IT Glue™: Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools support.

With our new RMM integration, useful asset information including memory, disk, CPU, etc. will become available. Thus allowing this information to be easily linked with other structured and procedural documentation within IT Glue. It can optionally be overlaid with the content of your Professional Service Automation (PSA) tool.  This means, for the first time, partners without a PSA tool will be able to make full integrated use of IT Glue.

This will provide the most complete and accurate picture for documentation available in the managed services industry today. The RMM integration feature is available to partners on all plans, limited only by the number of data sources available in the subscribed plan. Initially, we are launching with direct support for the following RMM platforms:

• LabTech by ConnectWise
• Kaseya VSA by Kaseya
• N-central by N-able (SolarWinds)
• MAX by LOGICnow

The RMM integration feature will be enabled on a rolling basis for existing partners, and for all new partners moving forward. Stay tuned as we are adding several new supported platforms as well as additional capabilities to all integrations in the coming months.
