Our partners love IT Glue because it solves a major MSP pain point – organizing and finding critical information, especially passwords. As it turns out, this is a problem for all businesses. MyGlue takes IT Glue’s popular documentation management system, and packages it up for small-medium sized businesses as a simple password and process management platform.
What is MyGlue?
MyGlue is a sell-through product for MSPs, based on our award-winning documentation platform, IT Glue. It offers a secure, easy-to-use hub for storing and managing passwords and key operating procedures. MyGlue data is stored centrally and accessible via any device. Logically organized, the information stored in MyGlue is easy to find through our powerful search tool, and completely secure.

To maximize the convenience and ease-of-use of MyGlue for your clients, we’ve got a MyGlue Chrome Extension and mobile apps for both iOS and Android.
What should be documented in MyGlue?
Everything your clients need, basically. We designed MyGlue to be simple and flexible. Your clients should document all of their passwords, including ones for apps that you do not directly manage. They can then begin documenting key SOPs and reference documents. In the coming weeks, we will be providing resources to assist with developing best documentation practices.

MyGlue is only available through the channel, and only by IT Glue partners.
